MINMOD 2017-13 Durbin Creek Veterinary. MINMOD 2017-13 Durbin Creek
Veterinary, request for Minor Modification to the Bartram Park Planned Unit
Development (PUD) for relief from Exhibit C, Section C.6.i(ii) of the MDP Text to allow
Durbin Creek Veterinary Services, a Veterinary Office, as an Allowed Use on a shared lot,
specifically located at 254 Everest Lane

Item 2

COMPAMD 2017-01 Robinson. Request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to
change the Future Land Use Map designation for approximately 2,673 acres from
Rural/Silviculture (R/S) to Residential-B (Res-B), providing a Text Amendment to limit
the development of this property until the year 2026. The subject property is located
south of County Road 208, east of County Road 13 A N, west of Interstate 95 and north
of County Road 214.

Item 3

Election of Chair and Vice-Chair. Pursuant to Land Development Code Section
8.01.02.B.1 the members of the Planning and Zoning Agency shall annually elect a Chair
and Vice-Chair from among the Members. Please see the attached document for
recommended procedures.
