Zoning District Regulations (PVZDR) to allow a reduced ten (10) foot rear yard setback in lieu of the platted Building Restriction Line (BRL) requirement to accommodate construction of an accessory two-story garage with in-law suite, specifically located at 518 Ponte Vedra Boulevard.
