Item 1 - PVZVAR 2018-06 Hughes Residence. Request for a Zoning Variance to Section VIII.D of the Ponte Vedra
Zoning District Regulations (PVZDR) to allow a reduced ten (10) foot rear yard setback in lieu of the platted Building Restriction Line (BRL) requirement to accommodate construction of an accessory two-story garage with in-law suite, specifically located at 518 Ponte Vedra Boulevard.
