Items 1 & 2 - 1. MAJMOD 2018-09 Our Lady Star of the Sea Church Renovation. MAJMOD 2018-09 Our Lady Star of the Sea, request for a Major Modification to the Our Lady Star of the Sea Planned Unit Development (Ordinance 2011-30) to allow for an increased development area by approximately 3,750 square feet to accommodate expansion to the church sanctuary and addition of a receiving, specifically located at 545 A1A North. This application is companion with a Coastal Corridor Overlay District Application (ARC 2018-09). The Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee heard the item on October 10, 2018 and voted 4-0 to recommend approval of the application.

Item 3 - Recommendation for Appointment to Ponte Vedra Zoning and Adjustment Board. This item is a recommendation for the open position on the Ponte Vedra Zoning and Adjustment Board due to the resignation of Mr. Al Hollon, Jr. who resigned due to candidacy and election to the Ponte Vedra Municipal Service District. This position is to fill out the remainder of Mr. Hollon's term, which expires on May 17, 2019. The County advertised the position for the required timeframe and received one application from Mr. John J. Lynch. See attachment for Application. Mr. Lynch's application meets the requirements of Section XII.B.2 as a qualified elector residing in the Ponte Vedra District. If appointed by the Board of County Commissioners, Mr. Lynch is eligible for two (2) additional full terms, and continues to serve even upon the expiration of this partial term until dismissed or replaced by the Board of County Commissioners.

Item 4 - Workshop Discussion - Amendments to the Ponte Vedra Zoning District Regulations. Continued discussion with the community and Board for proposed revisions to the PVZDR to assist code enforcement regarding parking of commercial vehicles and fencing for private athletic courts; plus the addition of regulations for tree preservation and front setback for lots with vacated right of way west of Ponte Vedra Boulevard.
