Item 1 - PVZVAR 2017-11 Carey Residence (692 Ponte Vedra Blvd). Request for a Zoning Variance to Section VIII.N.1.i of the Ponte Vedra Zoning District Regulations to allow for the construction of a replacement retaining wall up to thirteen (13) feet in height in lieu of the four (4) foot maximum height allowance; additionally the applicant is requesting a variance to Section VIII.I.2.b(1) to allow for more than two (2) feet of fill across the property, specifically located at 692 Ponte Vedra Boulevard.
