- Workshop Discussion - Amendments to the Ponte Vedra Zoning District Regulations. Staff seeks
community and Board input for possible revisions to the PVZDR to assist code enforcement regarding parking of
commercial vehicles and view of refuse containers; clarify provisions for development of non-habitable space and
private athletic courts; and amendments required for signage to address viewpoint neutrality. Additional topics
requested for discussion include proposed amendments to Article IV of the Land Development Code for tree
preservation and setback of replacement homes with vacated right of way west of Ponte Vedra Boulevard.
