4. Motion to adopt a Resolution accepting an Easement for Utilities for water and sewer

Waters of the United States. On April 21, 2014, the Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) jointly released a proposed rule
amendment to the definition of “waters of the U.S.” under the Clean Water Act (CWA).
This is a briefing on the proposed amendment and the potential implications for the
County.
