4. Motion to adopt a Resolution accepting an Easement for Utilities for water and sewer

Administrator or designee to execute each one of the Non-Exclusive Franchise Agreements

Overview and recognition of participants in the County’s Summer Internship Program

Item 2

Proposed amendment to the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 328, Definition of
Waters of the United States. On April 21, 2014, the Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) jointly released a proposed rule
amendment to the definition of “waters of the U.S.” under the Clean Water Act (CWA).
This is a briefing on the proposed amendment and the potential implications for the
County.

Crossing DRI affordable housing proceeds and $100,000 SHIP proceeds for the SJHP

affordability and to authorize a transfer of $135,000 from Durbin Crossing DRI
