Item 1 - PVZVAR 2019-02 Ritch Pool Variance (89 Ocean Course Drive). A request for a Zoning Variance to PVZDR, Section III.B.1 and VIII.L to allow for a swimming pool screen enclosure to encroach the required rear setback, providing for a setback of 6’9” in lieu of 25 feet within the Residential, Single Family (R-1-C) zoning district; specifically located at 89 Ocean Course Drive.

Item 2 - PUD 2019-03 St. Vincent's Health Center. A request to rezone approximately 2.14 acres of land from Residential, Single Family (R-1-C) to Planned Unit Development to accommodate development of a St. Vincent’s Health Center, located at the southwest corner of State Road A1A and Marsh Landing Parkway. The Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee heard the request during their regularly scheduled meeting on May 22, 2019 and recommended approval subject to a modification to the height waiver and limitation to a maximum 30 feet.
