Item 1 - Public Hearing to consider PVZVAR 2014-02 Atwood Residence Pool Enclosure. Request a Zoning Variance from the provisions of Section VIII.L of the Ponte Vedra Zoning District regulations, which requires swimming pool screen enclosures to be located within the BRL, in order to allow a swimming pool screen enclosure to extend 12’ beyond the BRL, location of property 120 Meadowcrest Lane, Ponte Vedra Beach.
