Item 1 - Amendments to the Ponte Vedra Zoning District Regulations. First public hearing to recommend amendments to Sections I, III, and VIII of the Ponte Vedra Zoning District Regulations to address issues that have been identified by the Code Enforcement Division, Ponte Vedra Zoning and Adjustment Board, and members of the Ponte Vedra community. Amendments are proposed to define commercial vehicles, clarify refuse containers prohibitions, provide consistent front yard requirement for non-platted lots with vacated right-of-way adjacent to Ponte Vedra Boulevard, and adding tree protection regulations.

Item 2 - Appointments/Re-appointments for PVZAB members. This item is for appointment or re-appointment for members for two (2) positions on the Ponte Vedra Zoning and Adjustment Board (PVZAB). Members must be qualified electors residing in the Ponte Vedra Zoning District. The initial terms of Ms. Megan McKinley and Mr. John Patton have expired on March 17, 2019. Both are eligible for an additional four (4) year term, and have applied for re-appointment. A member whose term has expired shall be allowed to continue to serve until said member's successor has been appointed and has commenced service on the PVZAB (Ch. 2005-305, Section 8, Laws of Florida). Please find for recommendation by this Board and final appointment by the Board of County Commissioners four (4) applications meeting the minimum requirements from Thomas Baker; Kyung Bishop-Milo; Megan McKinley; and John Patton.
