Item 1 - Public Hearing to consider PVZVAR 2017-01 Collins Residence, a request for a Zoning Variance to Section VIII.L of the Ponte Vedra District Regulations to allow a reduction in the required rear yard building restriction line from 25 feet to 16 feet to accommodate a screen enclosure for a swimming pool, specifically located at 509 Robles Lane. The application hearing was previously scheduled for April 3, 2017 and was removed from the agenda at the request of the Applicant for revision.
