Item 1 - Public Hearing to consider PVZVAR 2017-01 Collins Residence (509 Robles Lane). Request for a Zoning Variance to Section VIII.L of the Ponte Vedra District Regulations to allow a reduction in the required rear yard building restriction line from 25' to 19' to accommodate a screen enclosure for a swimming pool.

Request for a Zoning Variance to Ponte Vedra Zoning District Regulations, Section VIII.N.1 to allow an eight (8) foot tall fence in lieu of the maximum six (6) foot height allowance in rear yards abutting State Road A1A, specifically located at 5, 7, 9 & 11 Sailfish Drive.
