Item 1 - PUD 2017-07 Ponte Vedra Lakes Boutique. Request to rezone approximately 0.37 acres of land from Single Family Residential District (R-1-C) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow for 3,000 square feet of limited Neighborhood Commercial and Community Commercial uses. The property is located south of Marlin Avenue with approximately 150 feet of frontage on the west side of A1A N.

Item 2 - Ponte Vedra Zoning and Adjustment Board Appointment. This is a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners to fill a vacant seat on the Ponte Vedra Zoning and Adjustment Board. The vacant seat was previously held by Mr. Daniel Cook, who resigned in January. That seat has an Expiration of April 18, 2021. Mr. Harry L. Graham, who resides on 223 Pablo Road, Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, is the only applicant and meets the requirements of a Ponte Vedra Zoning District resident and is not otherwise conflicted from the position. If appointed by the Board of County Commissioners, Mr. Graham will serve the remainder of the vacant term and be eligible for one (1) additional four-year term. Mr. Graham's application is attached.
