Item 1 - Public Hearing to consider MAJMOD 2015-19 Windward Ranch PUD (fka Encanta PUD) Request for a Major Modification to change the name of the development, allow for removal of the bike lanes from minor collector, adjust the upland preservation, provide 53 foot wide by 120 foot long lot sizes and remove the interconnectivity to Whisper Ridge, location of property on the West side of State Road 16 just northeast of I-95.

Item 2 - Public Hearing to Amend a Land Development Code: Article II, and Article IX . To consider changes to Article II “Zoning Districts and Special Uses” and Article IX Administration of the Land Development Code. This series of changes creates a Special Use permit category for Domestic Hens and Feral Cat Colonies and also modifies associated uses.
