Item 1 - PVZVAR 2018-07 Lambremont Residence. Request for a Zoning Variance to Section VIII.D of the Ponte Vedra Zoning District Regulations to allow reduction to the platted front building restriction line from fifty (50) feet to twenty (20) feet to accommodate construction of a new single family home, specifically located at 33 Ponte Vedra Circle.
